This Privacy Policy describes how ParkFast collects, processes, and protects your vehicle and account data. We believe in privacy by design — processing license plate data locally at the edge without unnecessary cloud broadcasting.
1. Information We Collect
When entering our partner facilities, our Edge AI cameras read your vehicle license plate number for access control and dwell-time calculation. Raw video is destroyed in memory instantly.
2. Local Storage & Encryption
Data is stored in local encrypted databases and only synchronized to the cloud when payment settlements or multi-facility passes require it. All transmission uses TLS 1.3 with AES-256 encryption.
3. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your vehicle history at any time by contacting privacy@parkfast.in.
