Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By driving into a ParkFast automated facility, utilizing our mobile application, or subscribing to our hardware licenses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Automated Access & License Plate Verification
ParkFast acts as an automation software and edge sensor provider. Entry into a parking lot constitutes driver authorization for our ANPR camera to read the vehicle license plate for calculating dwell time and access authorization.
3. Facility Rules, Tariffs & Overstay Penalties
Parking tariffs and maximum permitted stay limits are set independently by the respective property owner (mall, corporate park, residential society, or commercial operator). ParkFast collects and remits fees on behalf of the operator and does not determine hourly parking rates.
4. Vehicle Safety & Limitation of Liability
While ParkFast provides access automation, barrier controls, and bay occupancy tracking, parking at partner facilities is at the owner's risk. Property operators maintain site security, and ParkFast is not liable for vehicle theft, collision, fire, or accidental damage occurring within parking lots.
5. Car Rental Platform & Host Responsibilities
For peer-to-peer car sharing, all vehicles must maintain valid registration, active third-party/comprehensive insurance, and PUC certification under the Indian Motor Vehicles Act. Renters must possess a valid, non-expired Indian driver's license.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
